1.2. That Director of Children’s
Services in consultation with the Executive Lead Member for
Children’s Service and the Executive Lead Member for
Education give approval to make the following prescribed
alterations:

the establishment of a Resourced Provision for 15 pupils with
autism (AS) at The Hamble School, Eastleigh opening in phases from
September 2026;?

the establishment of a Resourced Provision for 15 pupils aged 11 -
16 with autism (AS) at Harrow Way Community School, Andover opening
in phases from September 2026;?

the establishment of a Resourced Provision for 10 pupils with
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at Stanmore
Primary School, Winchester opening in phases from September
2026;?

The change of numbers within the Resourced Provisions at Morelands
Primary School, Havant for pupils aged 4 -11 - increasing from 8
to16 places for pupils with autism (AS) and reducing from 16 to 8
places for pupils with speech language and communication needs
(SLCN) from September 2026;?
