1. That the Deputy Director of Hampshire 2050
and Deputy Chief Executive (in consultation with the Leader and
Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services)
exercise the delegation secured at the meeting of 14 March 2024 of
the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services to
confirm that Parkway, 92-98 Wickham Road, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16
7JL is surplus to Hampshire County Council requirements.
2. That the Deputy Director of Hampshire 2050 and Deputy Chief
Executive (in consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for
Hampshire 2050 and
Corporate Services) exercise the delegation secured at the meeting
of 14 March 2024 of the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and
Corporate Services to authorise the sale of Parkway, 92-98 Wickham
Road, Fareham,
Hampshire, PO16 7JL on the basis set out in the exempt
report.
