That the authority be give for the making of
concurrent orders under Sections 26 and 118 of the Highways Act
1980 to create and extinguish public rights of way, as shown on the
Location Map at Appendix 1. The bridleways to be created will have
a width of 2.5 metres as shown between Points A, B, C and J on the
attached plan. The footpath to be created between Point F to H will
have a width of 1.5 metres. That part of the path which runs
between Points D, E, F and G will be extinguished.

That the Orders be confirmed as unopposed Orders if no objections
or representations are received, on the basis that the Council is
satisfied that the relevant legal tests are satisfied; or, if
objections or representations to the Orders are received that they
be submitted to the Secretary of State with a request that the
Orders be confirmed, subject to any additional information that
comes to light as a result of the process.
