That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to:
(i) implement a no waiting at any time restriction on the west side
of North Cross Street between a point 55 metres north of its
junction with High Street and a point 16 metres further north of
that point.
(ii) implement no loading at any time restrictions as described
below:
(a) South Cross Street (West) between a point 22 metres
north of its junction with Thorngate Way and a point 9
metres south of that junction, an approximate distance of
31 metres.
(b) Thorngate Way (North) between its junction with South
Cross Street and a point 16 metres west thereof.
(c) South Cross Street (East) between a point 32 metres
north of its junction with Coates Road and its junction with South
Street, an approximate distance of 62 metres.
(d) Coates Road (North) between its junction with South
Cross Street and a point 5 metres east thereof.
(e) Thorngate Way (South) between its junction with South
Cross Street and a point 4 metres west thereof.
(f) Coates Road (South) between its junction with South
Cross Street and a point 12 metres west thereof.
(g) South Street (North) between its junction with South
Cross Street and a point 4 metres west of that point.
(h) South Cross Street (East) between its junction with South
Street and a point 12 metres north thereof.
(i) South Street (North) between its junction with South
Cross Street and a point 5 metres west thereof.
