That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which is to
amend some of the existing parking restrictions on Brook Lane by
changing the existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines to
prevent the impediment of sight lines at two new crossings and
obstruction from potential parked vehicles adjacent to three
proposed traffic islands. The changes are required as a part of the
Hampshire County Council’s Zebra Crossing scheme on Brook
Lane. Also, the existing double yellow lines on Fareham Community
Hospital Access Road will be formalised within this TRO.

The order will be to implement No Waiting at any Time restrictions
as described in the following schedule:
