Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Universal Services regarding approval of the County Council’s
updated Policy in relation to the use of covert investigative
techniques, as required annually under the Codes of Practice issued
by the Home Office associated with the Regulation of Investigatory
Powers Act 2000 (RIPA).
