1. That updates to the indicative financial
contribution costs for school infrastructure in the corporate
Guidance on Planning Obligations and Developer Infrastructure
Contributions (published January 2024) are approved to reflect
revised cost data.
2. To update Tables 1-4, and paragraphs in the published Guidance
(Part 3: Children’s Services Facilities (Education
Provision), with latest figures on the indicative contributions
sought for education infrastructure (see Appendix 1).
3. That the legal agreement fee (Planning Obligations Monitoring
Fee) included in the Guidance on Planning Obligations and Developer
Infrastructure Contributions (published January 2024) is updated to
reflect the latest Officer Decision from 1 April 2025 (see Appendix
1).
