That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be the provision of six raised tables on side roads along Mortimers
Lane in Fair Oak as follows:
Each table will have an overall height of 75mm with slope lengths
of 450mm, and gradients of 1:6 on their northern and southern
ramps.
(i) The table-top length shall be 3 metres and extend the entire
width of the carriageway and shall be located between its junction
with Mortimers Lane and a point 3.9 metres south thereof on
Mortimers Drive.
(ii) The table-top length shall be 4 metres and extend the entire
width of the carriageway and shall be located between its junction
with Mortimers Lane and a point 4.9 metres south thereof on Willow
Grove.
(iii) The table-top length shall be 3 metres and extend the entire
width of the carriageway and shall be located between its junction
with Mortimers Lane and a point 3.9 metres south thereof on Rustan
Close.
(iv) The table-top length shall be 4 metres and extend the entire
width of the carriageway and shall be located between its junction
with Mortimers Lane and a point 4.9 metres south thereof on
Michaels Way.
(v) The table-top length shall be 4 metres and extend the entire
width of the carriageway and shall be located between its junction
with Mortimers Lane and a point 4.9 metres south thereof on
Scotland Close.
(vi) The table-top length shall be 3 metres and extend the entire
width of the carriageway and shall be located between its junction
with Mortimers Lane and a point 3.9 metres south thereof on
Bradshaw Close.
