That the application should be accepted and
authority given for the making of a Public Path Diversion Order,
under the provisions of Section 119 of the Highways
Act 1980. The diversion route shall have a width of 2 metres, as
shown between Points A, C and D on the attached plan.

That the Order be confirmed as an unopposed Order if no objections
or representations are received, on the basis that the Council is
satisfied that the relevant legal tests are satisfied; or, if
objections or representations to the Order
are received that they be submitted to the Secretary of State with
a request that the Order be confirmed, subject to any additional
evidence that comes to light as
a result of this process.

The applicant has accepted responsibility for promoting the Order
should it receive objections and be referred to the Secretary of
State for determination.
