That the Director of Hampshire 2050, having
consulted with the Leader and Executive Member for Hampshire 2050
and Corporate Services, the Director of Universal Services,
Director of Corporate Operations and the Head of Legal
Services:
i) approves the detailed terms of the required agreements which
will enable the transfer of management and operations of the Great
Hall from Hampshire County Council (the Council) to Hampshire
Cultural Trust (the Trust).
ii) notes that the Lease and the Management and Operational
Agreement will not be completed by the transfer date (27 March
2024) and approves the grant of a Tenancy at Will to enable
occupation by the Trust prior to the grant of the Lease.
