That the Director of Adults’ Health and
Care under their delegated authority in consultation with the
Executive Lead Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health
approves entering into Nomination and Void Agreements in respect of
existing Supported Accommodation schemes as set out in exempt
Appendix 1. This would be pending finalisation of the terms of
those Agreements with Legal Services, based on the template Voids
and Nominations Agreement in exempt appendix 3. This would require
contingent spend of up to £24,867,297.

That the Director of Adults’ Health and Care under their
delegated authority in consultation with the Executive Lead Member
for Adult Social Care and Public Health, agrees to
‘procure’ through the Hampshire Accommodation and
Support Options Model (HADSOM) new Supported Accommodation schemes
for Younger Adults through the granting of Nomination and Void
Agreements as set out in this report. These new Agreements would be
based on the template Voids and Nominations Agreement in exempt
Appendix 3. This would require contingent spend of up to
£26,208,000.
