That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to extend
the existing 20mph speed limit on Romsey Road in Winchester between
its junction with Clifton Terrace and a point 85 metres south-west
thereof.
