That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to replace the existing limited waiting restrictions along North
Cross Street and South Cross Street with No Waiting at Any Time
restrictions; introduce a no loading restriction at
the site of the new bus station on Mumby Road and to introduce a
limited parking drop-off zone south of the new Taxi Rank on The
Esplanade.
