Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Universal Services seeking approval of the minor updated County
Council’s Policy in relation to the use of covert
investigative techniques as required annually under the Codes of
Practice issued by the Home Office associated with the Regulation
of Investigatory Powers Act.
