That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to vary the existing Principal Order: “The Hampshire
(Fareham) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking
Places) Consolidation Order 2023.” Which will replace
existing maps and impose further prohibitions and restrictions of
waiting that coincide with works currently undertaken to improve
access and ease congestion.
