That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to:
(i) Replace the existing limited waiting Mon-Sat 9am-5pm 4 hours no
return within 1 hour on The Rise with a parking place with no time
restriction as specified in Schedule I below (please see report);
and
(ii) Add no waiting at any time on Rhinefield Road as specified in
Schedule II below (please see report).
