That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to extend the existing 30 miles per hour speed limit by 70
metres - between a point 108 metres east of its junction with
Idsworth Close and a point 70 metres east of that point and will
reduce the corresponding length of existing 40mph.
