Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to impose a 30 miles per hour speed limit (existing 40mph) on
that length of Whitsbury Road between a point 274 metres north of
its junction with Pennys Lane and a point 24 metres south of its
junction with Fryern Court Road, an approximate distance of 474
metres.
