That a traffic order be implemented under
Section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the
effects of which will be to :
(i) revoke The Hampshire (Tower Street, Winchester) (Experimental
Prohibition of Driving) Order 2023; and
(ii) reinstate the provisions contained in The Hampshire (Tower
Street, Winchester) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2000 which is
currently suspended by the order specified in (i) above.
