That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit (existing
de-restricted) on that length of Oakhanger Road at
Bordon as follows:
40mph
i) Oakhanger Road (C176) between a point 140 metres west of its
junction with Old Station Way and a point 80 metres east of its
junction with the A325 Louisburg Avenue/Templars Way, an
approximate distance of 663 metres.
This order will revoke the provisions contained in an existing
order and reenact it with no change of substance save for the
change described in the above paragraph.
