That the Director of Universal Services
approves discontinuing the electric vehicle and low emission
vehicle residents’ parking permit discounts of 75% or 50%
(based upon CO2 emissions) currently offered by Winchester
City
Council, when the parking agency returns to the County Council on
the 1 October 2023.
