That a traffic calming scheme be implemented
under the Highways Act 1980, the effects of which will be the
provision of one raised table extending the length on Chestnut
Avenue - Between a point 25 metres northwest of its junction with
Desborough Road and a point 68 metres northwest of its junction
with High Street, extending 11.5 metres into Desborough Road and 10
metres into Arnold Road. The raised table shall have a height of
100mm; and slope lengths of 5000mm on Chestnut Avenue and 2000mm on
both Desborough Road and Arnold Road.
