That a traffic calming scheme be implemented
under the Highways Act 1980, the effects of which will be: The
provision of one raised table on Nelson Avenue which extends from
its junction with A27 West Street to a point 7 metres south of that
same junction. The raised table shall have a width of 7.1 metres; a
height of 100 millimetres; a length of 2 metres and the gradient of
the ramp shall be 1:20.
