That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be that:-
1. the provisions of the Orders specified in the Schedule below are
revoked and reintroduced without any change to the substance of the
prohibitions, restrictions and designations of stopping, waiting,
loading and parking in
all roads within the Borough of Fareham; and
2. to replace the maps of the revoked orders and present the
provisions for all prohibitions, restrictions and designations of
stopping, waiting, loading and parking in a new consolidated colour
Map-based Traffic Regulation
Order without change to those provisions.
