This is a proposal for the creation of public
footpath rights in the Parish of Wootton St Lawrence, under Section
26 of the Highways Act, and for the extinguishment of part of the
definitive lines of Wootton St Lawrence Footpaths 1 and 2, under
Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980.
