Care, in consultation with the Executive Lead Member for Adult
Social Care and Public Health approves the spend of up to
£47m over ten years in relation to the delivery of a Meals on
Wheels contract, in line with the contents of this exempt
report.
That the Director of Adults’ Health and Care, in consultation
with the Executive Lead Member for Adult Social Care and Public
Health approves the direct award of a Meals on Wheels contract, to
Hertfordshire Community Meals Ltd, on a 5-year plus up to 5-year
basis, in line with the contents of this report.
