1. That the Pre-Application Highways Advice
service is updated to include chargeable advice from various teams
across the County Council, including the Road Agreements Team who
have previously provided a separate technical advice service.
2. To update the fee structure to reflect time spent by officers on
the service for the various categories of applications.
3. To increase the number of categories for which advice is
available and for a wider range of application types.
