Decision

1. To approve spend of £300,000 of 2026/27 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on improving and updating the bus stop infrastructure on the supported network at various bus stop locations across Hampshire.
   2. To approve spend of £100,000 of 2026/27 and £100,000 of 2027/28 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on the implementation of bus stop accessibility improvements at various bus stop locations across Hampshire.
   3. To approve spend of £350,000 of 2026/27 and £350,000 of 2027/28 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on improving and updating bus shelters and associated bus stop infrastructure at various bus stop locations across Hampshire.
   4. To approve spend of £200,000 of 2026/27 and £200,000 of 2027/28 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on QR codes for bus times at quieter bus stop locations at various bus stop locations across Hampshire.
   5. To approve spend of £100,000 of 2026/27 and £100,00 of 2027/28 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on signing and lining works for bus stop cage and clearway enforcement at various bus stop locations across Hampshire.
   6. To approve spend on the creation of a new 1FTE fixed term contract staff resource for a 2-year period and the leasing of a vehicle via Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) to assist with the delivery of the capital investment set out in this report utilising 2026/27 and 2027/28 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) revenue funding.
