That the application be accepted and authority be granted for the making of a Public Path Diversion Order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 to divert part of Pamber Footpath 35 onto a route with a width of 2 metres, running between Points A, B and C on the attached plan. 2. That the Order should include the following limitations: A metal kissing gate at the junction with Frog Lane. 3. That, in the event no objections or representations be received, the Order be confirmed as unopposed Order on the basis that the Council is satisfied that the relevant statutory tests are met. 4. That should objections or representations be received and remain unsolved, the Order be submitted to the Secretary of State for determination, together with any additional evidence arising during the Order making process, with a request that Order be confirmed.
