Decision

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to:
(i) prohibit driving through the gap in the central reservation at A3093/A303 Westbound on-slip situated between a point 57 metres west of the centreline of Cowdown Lane and a point 16 metres east of the centreline of Cowdown Lane, an approximate distance of 73 metres.
(ii) prohibit entry from Cowdown Lane onto the westbound
carriageway of the A303 in a north-west direction. All vehicles proceeding from Cowdown Lane onto the A303 slip road will do so in a south-west direction.
(iii) prohibit Heavy Commercial Vehicles (any goods vehicle which has an operating weight exceeding 7.5 tonnes) to proceed on Cowdown Lane.
