Decision

That 3 traffic orders be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be as follows:
Order 1 (A2175) will:
Implement a No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the A3222 Welborne Link Road between its roundabout junction with the A32 Wickham Road and its roundabout junction with the M27 motorway westbound slip road, including all roundabouts on the Welborne Link Road between those two points.
Order 2 (A2176) will:
(i) Prohibit entry from the A3222 Welborne Link Road, at its roundabout junction with the M27 westbound slip road, onto the M27 westbound slip road.
(ii) Prohibit entry from the A3222 Welborne Link Road, at its junction with the M27 eastbound slip road, onto the M27 eastbound slip road.
Order 3 (C896) will:
Implement a 40mph speed limit on the A3222 Welborne Link Road between its roundabout junction with the A32 Wickham Road and its roundabout junction with the M27 motorway westbound slip road, including all roundabouts on the Welborne Link Road between those two points.
