The decision requested is for the Director of Children’s Services to allocate up to £200,000 from the Wraparound Childcare Grant underspend from 2025/26: £434,976.91 to further support and expand the availability of inclusive Wraparound places for children with additional needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
