That authority be given for the making of a
public path creation order, under the provisions of Section 26 of
the Highways Act 1980, to record a public footpath between Hilland
Rise and Liphook Road, in the parish of Headley, as shown running
between A-B-C on the attached location plan.

The width of the path will be 1.5m between A-B, and 3m between
B-C.
