To approve the spend of up to £2.2m for
the employment of internal resources, as laid out in this report,
to assist the implementation of the Children’s Services
Directorate’s SP25 proposals. The expenditure is to be funded
from the £5m Invest to Save Reserve delegated to the Director
of Corporate Operations in consultation with the Leader and Chief
Executive, by County Council in November 2023.
