That the Director of People and Organisation, in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Services and the Director of Corporate Operations, exercise the delegation secured at the meeting of 5 March 2026 of the Executive Member for Corporate Services to authorise the sale of Former Day Centre, 1 Bath Lane, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 0DJ on the basis set out in the associated report.
