Decision

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to revoke the existing Prohibition of Cycling Order on the Havant Rail Footbridge which runs from North Street to Leigh Road in Havant and recreate the outdated 1961 order with no change of substance save for the above.
