Purpose

To consider a
report of the Director of Universal Services regarding the existing
arrangements for general officer delegations for carrying out land
and asset transactions in relation to the County Council’s
land and assets, and to make proposals for consolidating, and
updating the delegations to make them more fit for purpose.
