Content

1. That authority be exercised to agree a
reduction in sale price, for land at Readon Close, Petersfield to
the previously approved preferred purchaser as set out in the
report, in accordance with the delegated approval given to the
Director of Hampshire 2050 by the Executive Member for Commercial
Strategy, Estates and Property at his meeting of 12 October
2022.
2. That authority be granted to allow an assignment of the sale
contract for the land should the circumstances outlined in
paragraph 8 of the report occur.
