That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to prohibit motor vehicles from that length of Whitehill Lane,
between its junction with Sun Lane and a point 64 metres west of
its junction with Appledown Lane, an approximate distance of 263
metres.
