1. That approval is given to compete the land
transfer for the new southern primary school, at nil consideration
to enable the new 1.5 form entry school to be constructed, under
the terms of the S106 dated 30th March 2012.
2. That the proposed transactions be approved on the basis
of:
a) Up to £500,000 for lease/rental costs
b) Up to £250,000 for sale or purchase capital
cost.
