This is a proposal for the creation by order
of bridleway rights in Fareham under Section 26 of the Highways Act
1980. The proposed route will continue from the proposed creation
of bridleway rights in the officer decision record
agreed on 22 February 2024.
The route, which is shown running between A-J-H-G on the attached
plan, is being created as part of a new development and will
provide a connection with Fareham Footpath 86 and the bridleway
will continue south then south westward to a junction with Funtley
Hill.
This proposal will extend bridleway rights southwards from Point J,
following the previous approval for the creation of bridleway
rights between F-J on Plans B and C, which are attached for
reference.
