That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to change existing limited waiting restrictions 1 hour, no
return within 1 hour to be daytime only, Monday to Saturday 8am
– 6pm by making the following amendments:
(i) the items specified in Schedule I to this order were deleted
from Schedule 1 Part 9 of the Principal Order. This will revoke
Part 9 of the Principal Order in its entirety; and
(ii) the items specified in Schedule II to this order were inserted
into Schedule 1 Part 11 of the Principal Order.
