That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to vary The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Prohibition
and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places)
(Consolidation) Order 2021 by replacing Map No. BD26 with Map No.
BD26 Rev 2. This will change the existing ‘no stopping 8.30
– 9.30am and 2.45 – 3.45pm Monday – Friday’
time restriction to ‘no stopping 7.30 – 9.30am and 2.45
– 3.45pm Monday – Friday’.
