That the Director of Hampshire 2050 and
Assistant Chief Executive:
1.1 in accordance with the delegated authority given by the County
Council Cabinet at its meeting of 10th October 2023 in decision
1(c), approves the Manydown Development Vehicle (MDV) LLP
Overarching Business Plan and incorporated Commercial Model and Key
Phase 1 Business Plan on the basis set out in the confidential
appendix; and
1.2 approves the pre-commencement conditions to the Manydown North
development to the extent that these are satisfied in the above
Business Plans.
