That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to implement further school keep clear zig-zags on The Avenue in
Liphook. This shall be affected by varying the Principal Order as
follows:
(i) remove the following Schedule 2 of the Principal Order:
The Avenue south side Between a point 127 metres west of its
junction with Avenue Close and a point 24 metres west of that
point; and
(ii) insert the item specified the Schedule to this order into a
new Schedule 21d of the Principal Order.
In this Order, the Principal Order means The Hampshire (Various
Roads, East Hampshire) (Parking Places and Prohibition of Stopping,
Waiting, Loading Unloading and Clearway) Consolidation Order
2012.
This Order will revoke in full and consolidate items from the
following two Orders with no change of substance save for the
changes above:
(i) The Hampshire (Various Roads, East Hampshire) (Parking Places
and Prohibition of Stopping, Waiting, Loading / Unloading and
Clearway) Consolidation Order 2012 (Variation No. 8) Order 2016;
and
(ii) The Hampshire (Various Roads, East Hampshire) (Parking Places
and Prohibition of Stopping, Waiting, Loading / Unloading and
Clearway) Consolidation Order 2012 (Variation No. 8) Order 2015
(Amendment) Order 2019.
