1.1 That the additional uplifts and
non-recurring payments outlined in the exempt report are approved
and implemented as required.
1.2 That funding equal to the cost of the recurring uplifts is
correspondingly added to the Adults’ Health and Care budget
on a permanent basis from 2024/25.
1.3 That funding equal to the cost of the non-recurring payments is
correspondingly added to the Adults’ Health and Care budget
on a one-off basis for 2024/25.
