It is considered that the evidence submitted
in support of the application is insufficient for it to be
reasonably alleged that the public has acquired a right of way over
the claimed routes. It is therefore recommended that the
application be refused.

It is therefore recommended that this application for a Definitive
Map Modification Order (DMMO) should be refused.
