RESOLVED
that the Portfolio Holder approves the LDS, as set
out in Appendix B to the report, so it can be published on the
Council’s website and submitted to MHCLG.

Reasons for the decision

To comply with the requirement
from MHCLG that all Local Planning Authorities submit a new LDS by
6 March 2025.

Alternative options considered

Not publishing new LDS –
this is not an option as it would not comply with MHCLG’s
request from all Local Planning Authorities.
