Decision

RESOLVED
that a works contract be awarded to Tilbrook’s
Landscape to the value of £81,072 for the delivery of
landscaping to the central heart of the innovation
park.

Reasons for the decision

To support the delivery of the Councils corporate mission
to “Secure our future” and “Commence the final
phase of development at Harlow Innovation Park” 
 
To Enable the Council to enter a formal contract for works
at the Innovation Park in accordance with contract standing
orders.

Alternative options considered

Do not landscape the area,
which may result in further issues, and will be unsightly and
unmanageable as currently there are significant weeds growing that
due to the base they are going through cannot be cut due to debris
causing damage to property and vehicles.
