Decision

RESOLVED that a works contract be
awarded to O.K.E Catering Equipment and Ventilation systems Ltd.
(Company reg: 5255176) to the sum of £145,624 for the
delivery of works to fit out the kitchen, Counters, Displays,
Fabrication, ventilation and refrigeration for the HIP
café.

Reasons for the decision

To support the delivery of the Councils corporate mission
to “Secure our future” and “Commence the final
phase of development at Harlow Innovation Park” 
 
To enable the Council to enter a formal contract for works
at HIP Café in accordance with contract standing
orders.

Alternative options considered

There is not an alternative to not performing
the fit-out of this café.
